Data Development's technical support team is here to serve our clients and authorized dealers. Initial Technical support is free of charge for 30 days with the purchase of any Data Development software solution. Implementation assistance and training is included with each system as well.

Support Subscriber - Full Support

  • Unlimited phone support between the hours of 8:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M (Central Time), weekdays, except holidays.
  • Free updates to purchased modules via download through the upgrade and patches area of this site.
  • 50% off future purchases of eligible Data Development products!

Support Subscriber - Updates Only Support

  • Free updates to purchased modules via download through the upgrade and patches area of this site.
  • Phone Support at $2.50 per minute - $150.00 minimum per incident

Per Incident Support - Non-Support Subscriber

  • Phone Support at $2.50 per minute - $150.00 minimum per incident

On-site assistance is available at $150.00 per hour plus expenses.
